Create a sense of ownership and pride in students for our heritage
Social Integration Program (SIP) is an outreach program and its core objective is to inculcate the spirit of social work and social welfare in the students so that the graduates not only become good professionals but good human beings as well. The students are; therefore, encouraged to get involved in helping and supporting the deprived and less privileged members of society.
The purpose of SIP is to enable students to acquire an awareness and understanding of the sufferings of the people and to develop feelings for helping them. In this program, students are sent to the region’s different community service centers for social learning and skill development. They are exposed to the various cultures, opportunities as well as their social responsibilities, as an organization and as an individual.
