Dean (Faculty of Fine Arts, Design, and Architecture)
Dr. Muhammad Hussnain Sethi is a design academic, researcher, and international collaborator currently serving as the Dean of Faculty of Fine Arts, Design and Architecture (SFADA) at GIFT University, Pakistan. He also holds the distinguished position of International Postdoctoral Scientist at the School of Textile Science and Engineering, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, China. He is the first Pakistani, and among the very few worldwide, to hold a PhD in Fashion Design, a milestone achieved at Jiangnan University, China. Prior to that, he completed his Masterʼs in Fashion Design from Wuhan Textile University, building on the strength of his award-winning undergraduate project at National Textile University, Faisalabad.
Dr. Sethiʼs academic and professional contributions span research, curriculum leadership, and cross-border collaborations. He has published in peer-reviewed journals, authored book chapters, and presented his work at international conferences.
